About the role
Reporting to the Head of Projects you will manage a diverse range of projects including landscaping, habitat creation and nature recovery work. Managing teams onsite on day-to-day basis, you will be committed to being hands on with various tasks to help ensure the delivery of our projects to deadlines and within budget.

About you
As our Site Manager you will have a flexible hands-on approach to your work, ensuring productivity onsite is always at the highest standard achievable. You will be a committed and dedicated member of the team, willing to go the extra mile to ensure delivery of projects. A strong attention to detail as well as ensuring an inclusive team environment will be a key focus.
You will ideally have a passion for the natural world and have the desire to make a difference.
What qualifications & experience will you require?
SMSTS
CSCS Managers Card (desirable)
First aid at work (desirable)
Previous experience working across environmental or ecological projects, as well as managing teams.
Full UK driving licence and use of own vehicle.
