About the role:
You will provide administrative support to the Site Team to enable them to deliver a wide range of works including nature recovery, habitat creation and landscaping projects. You will need good understanding of site health and safety, as well as the ability to solve problems whilst working as part of a close-knit team within a fast paced but inclusive environment.
Main responsibilities will include:
Assist with the ordering, controlling and distributing supplies, including PPE, following the procurement procedure (drafting purchase orders, seeking approval etc)
Contact suppliers/subcontractors for pricing and presenting the information to Project Managers
Manage the delivery of weekly/monthly project reporting requirements, including, weekly project looks ahead programme, subcontractor and environmental reports, daily site allocation and time sheets
Update project management software and maintain an accurate database for projects, uploading all project documents on SharePoint
Registering Site Staff and Booking Site Inductions on client platforms (Biosite - EKFB)
Ensure H&S document control on sites, ensuring equipment log and documents are displayed and in date
Providing support to the Nature Recovery team
Support, the delivery of commissioned work and projects to the highest possible standard, ensuring business compliance in line with the commissioned works
Follow the relevant document control procedure
Book accommodation and training courses and assisting with the maintenance of our in-house records
Assisting with requests and questions in the Support Inbox.

Salary: £25,125-£27,500 DOE
Location: Quainton, Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire
About you:
As a key member of our Project Team, you will be organised with excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to prioritise tasks and manage your time effectively. You will serve as a point of contact for all members of staff, while showing impeccable attention to detail to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
Other key skills required:
Previous Administration Experience (essential)
Computer literate (Microsoft)
Good problem-solving ability
Teamwork and interpersonal skills
Proactive and innovative approach
High attention to detail
Due to the location, a driving licence and access to a vehicle is required.
