Position Overview
The IT ServiceNow Administrator will manage projects to implement and improve processes within the organization using ServiceNow. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, day-to-day support and maintenance, user training, dashboard development, and CMDB maintenance.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Improve business processes and manage continuous improvement projects
• Analyze current environment and propose automation whenever possible
• Coordinate upgrades and changes to our ServiceNow instances
• Maintain user access and permissions (roles, users, groups)
• Train staff to use ServiceNow and create documentation
• Work with ServiceNow support team to resolve issues
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to integrations with other systems
• Create and manage dashboards for different business groups
• Work closely with leadership teams using ServiceNow to implement best practices
• Deploy updates from non-production environments
• Develop ServiceNow solutions using Javascript, Web Services, HTML and CSS
• Build and maintain CMDB using discovery and/or other integrations
