The Service Maintenance Specialist (m/f/d) is responsible for refining and analyzing the Standard Labor Times (=SLT) for planned and unplanned maintenance events, the standardization of the maintenance procedures and schedules, and the identification of potential improvements in these areas. This also includes the definition of the Recommended Spare Parts Lists (=RSPL) for the execution of the maintenance events within the service organization.

Your Responsibilities:
- Refine and analyse the Standard Labor Times for each maintenance task and activity for the relevant product/platforms based on predictions generated by statistical model created from historical field data
- Analyse the deviations on actual labor time compared to standard labor time and follow up with the regional service organization to investigate the drivers
- Improve maintenance procedures including event analysis, tool usage and human error prevention and mitigation based on deviation analysis
- Support planning team to establish good cost-effective maintenance practices with well-defined repair techniques, principles and procedures to enable timely repairs to assets
- Drive the work instructions and maintenance schedule update connecting with engineering department
- Define the Recommended Spare Parts Lists with a strong focus on New-Product-Introduction and drive the update of the Spare Parts Catalog according to the service strategy (e.g. cylinder heads, pistons, connecting rods, etc…)
- Act as technical gatekeeper in the spare parts activation process to ensure consistency with INNIOs spare parts policy
Your Profile:
- Technical Degree in Bachelor/ Masters or from a Higher Technical College (e.g. HTL) with good working experience in Service and/or Manufacturing Operation
- Detailed technical understanding of reciprocating engine operation and maintenance requirements
- Excellent communication, facilitation & influencing skills
- Data-driven analytical mindset and passionate about processes, technology, and data
- Demonstrated ability to deliver results while working on multiple projects simultaneously
- Very good communication skills and ability to communicate to the management
- Excellent English skills, local language skills are beneficial
The base pay is composed of the amount according to the Austrian collective agreement which is at least EUR 3.790,58 gross per month (x 14) and an over payment depending on your qualifications and experience.
