_Senior Training Framework Manager

The Senior Training Framework manager plays a crucial role to ensure the development and set up of a holistic training program for our Service Technicians across all brands of Xylem and all regions in Europe. The training framework should ensure that the team moves towards a top quartile learning organization within Xylem and the industry. The Senior Training Framework manager will act as a dean for our learning catalogue and ensure we continuously develop and deliver the essential training to our organization.

The role includes activities to map the current training environment, understanding the needs of our local organization and aligning on training development. The training development needs to be coordinated with our internal product experts across several functions and all Xylem brands in a staggered approach. This will ensure essential technical skill-based training is available across our service organization.

Responsibilities

  • Finalize mapping of current environment of service trainings, platforms and training resources for all Xylem brands
  • Conduct VOS (Voice of Service) to understand service training needs by region/ commercial team and brand
  • Perform skill gap analysis across the service organization based on identified training needs
  • Leverage external consultants to conduct benchmarking studies aiming to understand competitors and other industries internal training offerings and programs
  • Align and Develop priority list for new training content to be created. Alignment with different functions and internal stakeholders
  • Drive regional alignment for training programs and ownership of delivery
  • Coordinate internal resources to develop training content
  • Establish proactive training schedule and help coordinating initial logistics
  • Support the regional organizations in setting up training academies and ensure these align with the global training framework
  • Drive digital transformation of learning catalogue
  • Establish and align service training targets and work in close collaboration with the Capability Manager to embed training plans into career model
  • Develop external training plan and content including introduction of an external pricing model

****Qualifications


  • Several years of experience with training programs in the industry
  • Consulting and/ or HR/Training organization background
  • Project management skills
  • Fluent in English both oral and written
