As the Senior Training Design & Development Manager you will assist the Training Center Manager in further developing INNIO’s Jenbacher Training Center. Together with your team you will build and maintain a professional portfolio of training, learning and development programs for INNIOs network and customers. You will lead, coach and manage a team of project managers, instructional designers and training methodology experts. Overall, the team supports more than 6,000 internal and external students worldwide.

Your Responsibilities:
- Lead, develop and manage the Training Design & Development Team within INNIO’s Jenbacher Training Center
- Develop the strategy for the training design & development landscape and the portfolio for the Jenbacher product line and INNIO Learning
- Develop and implement digital state of the art learning concepts to deliver premium learning experience at all locations and touch points
- Identify and assess the training needs by means of data-analysis, job analysis and consultation of managers and translate them into team goals and priorities
- Provide guidance in regard to training methodologies and instructional design, to internal and external training stakeholders
- Drive the continuous improvement of INNIOs Learning Management System (LMS)
- Develop and track adequate metrics in regard to the success of training programs, considering internal and external benchmarks
- Ensure safety, laws, ethics & compliance as well as diversity & inclusion standards are respected
Your Profile:
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in education, business or comparable
- Proven track record in a similar role within the education or training area
- Ability to effectively lead a team of experienced project managers and instructional designers
- Broad specialized expertise in adult learning concepts for technical and non-technical training programs
- An entrepreneurial and innovative mindset
- Result oriented, ability to deliver results on a broad range of different projects simultaneously with a strong focus on timelines, quality and quantity
- Excellent analytical thinking and good decision making and problem-solving skills
- Ability to motivate, mentor, coach & inspire others
The base pay is composed of the amount according to the Austrian collective agreement which is at least EUR 4.149,90 gross per month (x 14) and an overpayment depending on your qualifications and experience.
