We are searching for Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist
for our European Talent Acquisition Team in Gdynia.
You will provide ongoing recruitment expertise to Business Area Senior Managers and HR Managers, to make sure continuous improvement of our recruitment practice, and hiring succusses.
Many of our internal customers are world-leading experts within their field.
In this role is critical to form, build strong relationships with candidates but also with business partners and stakeholders.
Customer centric mindset, cultural awareness, and willingness to go the extra mile to meet organizational goals is essential for this role. When employed, you will be a part of the Talent Acquisition Team of 10 and cooperating with over 30 recruitment professionals.
