We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Senior Systems Engineer to bring to life Infoxchange’s mission of Technology for Social Justice.

About the role
Working within the Consulting and Engineering team, Systems Engineers are responsible for implementation of technical solutions for IT Services clients, ensuring our services are viewed by clients as ‘best in class,’ enabling staff and volunteers to work effectively, and offering excellent value for money.
The Engineering team provides technology services for non-profit clients, including:
This role reports to the Team Leader, IT Services Engineering, and works closely with the other members of the Engineering, Consulting, Helpdesk, Technical Engagement and Customer Engagement teams.
Key duties and responsibilities
High quality, customer focused project services (40%)
Lead the design and installation non-profit technology solutions, including:
Microsoft Azure technologies
Microsoft 365
Windows Server and desktop
Networking technologies
Amazon Web Services
Provide quality, appropriate technology advice to Infoxchange clients
Excellent Support Services (30%)
Improve services & capability (30%)
