The main purpose of this role is to co-develop the service product portfolio with focus on process definition and optimization for product upgrades. This role is instrumental in developing the Service product portfolio in alignment with the Development team and relevant internal stakeholders, channel partners and regions. The goal is to increase customer satisfaction and position INNIO as a premium Service partner.

Essential Responsibilities:
- Develop an aligned service product roadmap and portfolio in consideration of customer requirements and growth opportunities
- Define technical requirements for service product portfolio and optimize all processes involved to develop, implement, and evaluate top class service products
- Drive the new product introduction process for new upgraded products
- Ensure delivery of growth projects on time & in budget of engine upgrades & emissions
- Responsible for approving, reviewing, and evaluating of implemented concepts/products within Service
- Develop technical training plan for new products with channels & partners and lead roll-out of new service products
Your Profile:
- Business and/or technical Bachelor/Master’s Degree in industrial/mechanical engineering or in a similar field
- Substantial working experience in a product/portfolio management role in Service/Sales/Engineering, preferably in Combustion Engine/Power Generation or Oil & Gas segment
- Proven track of successful managed projects with diverse, cross functional and multidisciplinary teams and multiple stakeholders
- Experience with digital process management and monitoring tools
- Strong technical and business acumen related to relevant industry
- Strong project management, problem solving and influencing skill
- Ability and distinct ambition to investigate market opportunities and to develop business models
- Proficient IT user (ERP, data warehouse, MS-Office)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Fluent English skills, German is a plus
- Willingness and ability to travel globally according to business needs (approx. 20-25%)
The base pay is composed of the amount according to the Austrian collective agreement which is at least EUR 3.790,58 gross per month (x 14) and an over payment depending on your qualifications and experience.
