What You Will Do
- Drive sell-through and posting volume initiatives across partner and marketing orgs.
- Be the master of coordination and collaboration across the growth orgs to drive success and culture.
- Own the commercial plan and by account P&L.
- Leverage our commercial calendar to develop an investment strategy for annual holidays and special events
- Own the commercial calendar and coordination of in-store activities across the partner and brand teams. This includes demos, store visits, store calls and store activations.
- Drive the coordination and execution of programs such as new product launches, account roll-outs and account changes.
- Understand our partner's fiscal and seasonal calendars and inventory management to develop strategic and execution plans for new projects and processes
- Execute in-store activations such as marketing programming, sales marketing campaigns and marketing operations in-store.
Skills We’re Seeking
- 6+ years experience with a proven track record of success.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field.
- Experienced in building/co-building a partner marketing function in grocery retail, CPG or tech company.
- Highly data-driven, analytical, and structured.
- Able to be strategic, tactical and execution.
- Attention to detail, organization and strives for high work quality.
- Can build commercial plans, ROI trackers and calendars with limited oversight.
- Comfortable working with Google Suite (sheets, slides, docs), experience with project management tools such as JIRA and Slack.
