SWCA is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join our growing team based in the Four Corners region. We are looking for a self-directed senior environmental project management professional who will manage large projects with a focus on oil and gas sector environmental planning, due diligence, permitting and excellent client care. The role includes management of natural resources, cultural resources, environmental permitting and compliance services across multiple projects. If you are looking for an opportunity to manage projects, oversee and mentor junior staff, and become a key player in one of our most sustainable and robust business lines, then this could be the position for you.
You must demonstrate the ability to manage projects effectively with organizational and communication skills as a project driver, as well as develop and implement processes that support client objectives, while managing for complex resource impacts, and positively impact growth and expansion of the company’s capacity to provide services within this geographical area.
The position will be a full-time, regular status, salaried position based out of our Durango Office, though remote employees able to travel frequently to the Four Corners area will be seriously considered.

An employee in this Durango, CO - based position can expect a salary of $90,480.00 to $120,640.00/year. Actual pay within this range may depend on experience, qualifications, geographic location, client requirements where applicable, and other factors permitted by law. Regular-status employees are also eligible for performance bonuses.
