WWF-HK is looking for Senior Programme Administrator in our Education team, reporting to Senior Manager, Education Programme Operations, to manage bookings for school and community education activities, and handle subsequent coordination works and enquiries.
Major Duties and Responsibilities
- Engage in tasks include handling registrations, activities and venue bookings, enquiries, feedback and complaints from customers in accordance with policies and procedures. Other related works include database maintenance, reporting, accounting and filing.
- Provide necessary administrative coordination on the use, upkeep and inventory record of education equipment and facilities.
- Assist in the operation and implementation of education projects/programmes targeting school, youth and community.
- Provide necessary administrative coordination and arrangements for regular departmental meetings.
- Provide both off-site and on-site supports for the implementations of all types of educational activities.
Requirements
- Associate Degree/Higher Diploma with experience in administration/customer service.
- At least 2 years work experience in administration and/or customer services.
- Experience on implementation of education activity will be an added benefit.
- Good command of spoken English and Cantonese. Knowledge of Mandarin will be an asset.
- Proficient in computer skills, including MS Word and Excel.
- Good customer services manner including handling enquiries with good communication skills.
- Pleasant, detail-oriented, well organized, able to work independently, proactive in approaching customers in need and enthusiastic about conservation.
- Working during weekends and holidays will be required.
Candidates with less experience will be considered for the role of Programme Administrator.
