Salary: US: Starting salary for this role will be $80,000 USD commensurate on experience. Based on local benchmark for candidates outside of the United States.

About Finance Systems
The Finance Systems Team is responsible for leading, coordinating and implementing Mercy Corps’ global financial and reporting software.
General Position Summary
The Senior Program Manager, Finance Systems is responsible for leading new process and technology initiatives. Types of projects could include new system rollouts, upgrades of existing systems, integration and reporting, and general change management. In coordination with the Information Technology (IT) and Finance departments, the Senior Program Manager, Finance Systems is responsible for gathering requirements from diverse sets of global stakeholders, prioritizing, and scoping realistic goals, and providing program governance and leadership (change management, documentation, stakeholder and timeline management, vendor, and auditor engagement, etc.)

The Senior Program Manager, Finance Systems has no supervisory responsibility.
Accountability
Reports Directly To: Director Finance Systems
Works Directly With: Information Technology, Corporate Finance, International Finance, Mercy Corps Europe’ Finance Department, Global Compliance and Support Unit, cross-operations departments including People and Strategy, Data Protection, Procurement, Monitoring and Evaluation, etc.
Accountability to Participants and Stakeholders
Mercy Corps team members are expected to support all efforts toward accountability, specifically to our program participants, community partners, other stakeholders, and to international standards guiding international relief and development work. We are committed to actively engaging communities as equal partners in the design, monitoring, and evaluation of our field projects.
