3Degrees helps organizations around the world implement renewable energy, transportation decarbonization, and other climate solutions. The Energy & Climate Practice (ECP), the consulting division at 3Degrees provides services to some of the largest and most respected companies on the planet and our operations team is key to supporting successful engagements. At this time we are looking to bolster our operations team to deliver on our growth strategy through efficient processes and applicable deployment of technology solutions to help our consultants do everything they do more efficiently and effectively to support our clients. This role is an exciting opportunity to bring your tactical expertise and big picture focus in collaboration with internal stakeholders to enable our team.
This is a full-time remote position reporting to the Senior Operations Manager, with the ideal candidate being located in the US.
With a focus on team support and process improvement, this role will be critical to building the infrastructure and processes to take the ECP team to the next level. Working directly with client delivery teams and other business units to support the implementation of key tools and processes, in an effort to reach operational targets, this position will focus on the following key responsibilities:
You are a driven self-starter who can be trusted to do meaningful work while thinking about the bigger picture of how the consulting team can function more efficiently and effectively. With the ability and desire to be tactical and also think strategically, you take a proactive approach to helping a team, and you have a knack for clearly and succinctly presenting complex information. Prior experience working on consulting projects is a plus, specifically addressing renewable energy and climate change issues. In addition, you bring the following:
