WWF-Hong Kong is looking for Senior Officer, People and Culture, being one of the key players in executing the entire payroll process for full and part-time employees, ensuring compliance with tax regulations, and adhering to the organizational code of conduct.

Major Duties and Responsibilities

Payroll Management

• Handle the end-to-end payroll process and fringe benefits of full and part-time employees for the organization.

HR Management System

• Manage and oversee the system and offer training to end users.

Compliance

• Safeguard the organization and employees by ensuring compliance and data integrity in all aspects.

HR Operations

• Provide support on full spectrum of HR functions through the employee life cycle.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration or related disciplines with a minimum of 5 years of proven experience as payroll specialist.
• Solid payroll experience and best practices.
• Keep abreast of current regulations legislation.
• Outstanding organizational ability with great attention to detail.
• Trustworthy with attention to confidentiality.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to work with people at all levels.
• Good time management and problem-solving skill.
• A good team player with focus on result-orientation.
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese.
• Proficient in MS Office and experience in HRMS.
