The Role:
We are seeking a short-term senior Monitoring and Evaluation Advisor to conduct the mid-term evaluation of the ‘Building Resilience in the Eastern Neighbourhood (BREN)’ project. BREN is an IWPR initiative focused on providing support to more than 30 civil society organisations in the Eastern Neighbour countries: Armenia, Georgia, Azerbaijan, Moldova, particularly focusing on women’s rights and minorities. BREN is currently finalising its second year of implementation and is delivering strong results. The project has a developed MEL system and regularly collects relevant data. Currently, BREN is preparing for mid-term evaluation.
A Senior Monitoring and Evaluation Advisor will complement and consolidate the ground work done by the monitoring and evaluation specialist and the project team. The Senior specialist will ensure the delivery of a strategic, high quality evaluation report, will lead feedback and debriefing sessions with team and key stakeholders including the donor.
The successful candidate will have significant MEL experience for non-profit organisations in the South Caucasus and Moldova, with a strong track record in ensuring donor compliance with reporting and other MEL activity.
