The Role: Senior Manufacturing Process Engineer
Purpose of the Role
As a Senior Manufacturing Process Engineer, you will have ownership of all in-house manufacturing processes. You’ll develop new processes, refine and improve existing processes, and participate in a continuous improvement culture.
You’ll play a critical role in creating world-class, high-volume manufacturing plants for Svante as we expand to meet the global demand for Carbon Dioxide capture products (Structured Adsorbent Beds – SAB).
You will work within the framework of Svante Values and Goals to mentor a team of process engineers. Your team will be a critical part of new product design and manufacturing process development.
Required Skills and Qualifications
You have obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing Engineering or equivalent.
You have at least 8-10 years of execution in world-class, high-volume manufacturing process development.
You have demonstrated experience in team nurturing and leadership.
You have strong capability in project management.
You possess an excellent grasp of foundational and state of the art manufacturing process development techniques.
You bring strong observation and analytical skills to troubleshoot process and quality-related issues.
