Your purpose is the technical development of sustainable, premium service products for INNIO Jenbacher’s installed customer base. Together with your team you will build and maintain a professional portfolio of Reman-, Upgrade- and Lifecylce products and special tooling for maintenance activities in close cooperation with several Service and Engineering functions. In this position you will be accountable for providing technical expertise in the setup and harmonization of technical guidelines across all global workshops. You will lead a team of engineers and drive performance and results for the Services department of INNIO Jenbacher.

Your Responsibilities**
- Set up and manage a team to serve business needs by ensuring correct organisational set-up and the continues development of skills and experience
- Align with Service and Engineering team during the annual planning cycle, ensuring targets are reflected in goals and objectives of employees
- Monitor progress against goals and manage resource allocation topics to meet targets
- Successfully plan, lead & execute product & technology development projects
- Create and support generation of ideas for innovative service products, maintenance practices and workshop operations
- Drive state-of-the-art technology and service practices and utilize expertise to proactively work with service functions on creating winning proposals
- Effectively provide and communicate recommendations by analyzing, preparing and presenting technical data to internal and external customers
- Run an effective team by continues improvement of methods and processes and ensure end to end ownership of tasks
Your Profile:
- Academic Background, min. BA/MA degree in Engineering or relevant technical field
- Profound experience in an engineering/technical and/or services role
- Proven track record on mentoring, coaching and team development with ability to motivate & inspire, Leadership experience beneficial
- Good knowledge of technical industry trends in service/after sales business incl. market knowledge and latest developments
- Result driven mindset & ability to handle multiple priorities
- Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to take decisions and solve problems independently following business priorities
- Fluent in German and English
The base pay is composed of the amount according to the Austrian collective agreement which is at least EUR 3.790,58 gross per month (x 14) and an over payment depending on your qualifications and experience.
