It is an exciting time to join Verra! Our organization is growing rapidly and building the capacity to meet strategic technical requirements. As such, we are seeking a Senior Manager, IT Operations & Support to oversee the daily activities of the technology operations and support team. In this role you will assist in the management of employee and first-level manager activities across Information Technology Management including infrastructure updates and administration, information management, computing security, computing project support and process analysis.
A day in our collaborative office might include . . .
Presenting with our managed Services Provider (MSP) and IT Support Manager to implement organization-wide technology-related upgrades.
Coordinating with our IT Security Manager to establish security and data protection policies and proper vetting of any new software or technology asset.
Facilitating the procurement, configuration, and delivery of computer equipment and peripherals to new employees.
