Essential Responsibilities:
- Provide ad-hoc legal advice as well as support on general commercial matters, corporate housekeeping, data protection and regulatory topics; overall providing strong support in further global development of INNIO Group
- Work closely with and provide legal advice to the Austria & US based business partners, including support on the drafting, review and negotiations of sourcing contracts
- Conduct impactful trainings to business teams in relation to legal and regulatory matters
- Support the development and maintenance of a strong culture of compliance, in particular with respect to data privacy
- Assist in dispute resolution and litigation matters
- Manage external lawyers and service partners
Qualifications:
- Degree in Law (preferably from a German or Austrian University); bar admittance is a plus or equivalent knowledge/experience
- Fluent in English and German; additional language skills are of advantage
- Domestic and international contract drafting and negotiation experience gained in a law firm and/or in-house, transactional experience is a plus
- Strong experience prioritizing conflicting demands from multiple business clients in a fast-paced business environment
- Strong negotiation skills, contract development and business law knowledge
- Demonstrated business acumen and cross-functional execution skills
- Legal work authorization to work in Austria is required (Non-EU-citizens: please attach the authorization form to your application)

The base pay is composed of the amount according to the Austrian collective agreement which is at least EUR 3.790,58 gross per month (x 14) and an over payment depending on your qualifications and experience.
