Role
The primary responsibility of this Senior IT Customer Support Engineer is to provide exceptional technical support to our customers and utilize technology like Azure, Active Directory, and various DevOps related tools. This position will engage directly with customers and internal team members to ensure technical services and support is adequately delivered. The ideal candidate is someone with exposure to Azure DevOps and IaC with strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills, preferably with previous experience in a customer-facing role. This position can be fully remote.
