We are currently looking for a Senior or Principal Energy Efficiency Policy Consultant to join our Policy, Strategy and Economics team.
Your role
Our Policy, Strategy and Economics delivers high-profile policy and strategy support projects to Governments, international financial institutions and corporate clients all over the world on a wide range of topics including climate change, energy, transport, air quality and chemicals, amongst other topics. This new role will focus on energy efficiency policy and you will work with colleagues to win and deliver projects concerning the efficiency of energy related products (ErP) and the policy environment that encourages their uptake.
You will carry out work that includes feasibility studies, rapid evidence assessment, impact assessment, technical performance analysis, stakeholder engagement and evaluation. In particular you will work within a team delivering a multi-year, multi million pound programme for the UK Department of Business Energy and Industrial Strategy to develop the UK’s approach to incentivising and encouraging the use of cutting edge energy related products within household, commercial and industrial settings. This includes products with heating and cooling systems, water systems, appliances and devices.
