The Senior Environmental Health, and Safety Manager (m/f/d) is responsible to implement and maintain policies and guidelines to ensure a safe and healthy work environment for all employees of INNIO Jenbacher Field Service. In collaboration with all management levels, you define and implement measures to consolidate and promote the EHS culture.

Your Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for INNIO Jenbacher Field Services and Projects for all EHS related topics
- Closely cooperate with central EHS Operations department
- Responsible for the team performance of regional EHS managers within Field Service
- Accountable for excellent EHS support for internal and external stakeholders (including authorities) in all aspects of EHS
- Responsible for regular management updates about all relevant EHS KPIs
- Responsible for developing and leading EHS programs/projects to further develop a sustainable EHS culture
- Accountable for compliance with legal and INNIO EHS standards in all INNIO Jenbacher subsidiaries worldwide
- Accountable for the timely processing of EHS-relevant events, including the implementation of corrective and preventive measures
- Responsible for INNIO travel security (perform EHS approvals in the INNIO Mobility Tool (=IMT), compile country risk assessments, support travelers in organizing personal security in case of business trips to risk countries, etc.)
- Responsible for close cooperation with Global Sustainability Team
Your Profile:
- Very strong working experience in an industrial EHS environment with managerial responsibilities
- Bachelor degree in occupational safety and health from an accredited college or university with proven job experience OR Master/PhD in technical or natural science with extensive EHS specific experience industry
- Experience in project development & project management and in depth knowledge in EHS of root cause analysis for EHS related incidents
- Knowledge of international certification systems (ISO 14.001, ISO 45.001, ISO 50.001). Demonstrate in depth knowledge in the field of EHS in an industrial environment
- Excellent communication skills with all hierarchical levels as well as excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Fluency in German and English at a professional level, any other languages are a plus (e.g., Italian, Spanish)
The base pay is composed of the amount according to the Austrian collective agreement which is at least EUR 3.790,58 gross per month (x 14) and an over payment depending on your qualifications and experience.
