In this role, you will be part of a great team! As a Senior E2E Business Process Manager, you are part of the quality team for INNIO and report to the VP Quality. You are leading the INNIO Initiative for E2E process optimization and you also drive the cross functional process optimization and digitalization projects you own.

Your Responsibilities:
- Lead, manage and or support cross functional process improvement projects
- Optimize process execution quality and/or turn times driving a positive customer experience
- Discuss and align process improvements with relevant stakeholders
- Identify, design and roll out new standard processes to the organization in close cooperation with all relevant stakeholders
- Perform and track internal process audits and Support other functions in process project
Your Profile:
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university or college or equivalent
- Extensive work experience in an machine building industry
- Excellent understanding of complex business processes and state of the art digitalization possibilities
- Demonstrated knowledge of Quality Management System tools, continuous improvement methodologies & in-depth understanding of site level products & related processes
- Demonstrated expertise to effectively communicate within all levels of the organization. Demonstrated collaboration & conflict resolution skills
- Experience leading and implementing change, managing project teams and performing internal and external audits
The base pay is composed of the amount according to the Austrian collective agreement which is at least EUR 4.149,90 gross per month (x 14) and an over payment depending on your qualifications and experience.
