ELEVATE has also developed the first KPI-based monthly monitoring program to show the links between business performance issues and social non-compliance.  When a supplier needs more guidance our Capacity Building experts design holistic and custom improvement plans to create long-term solutions.

ELEVATE is seeking an experienced Senior Data Visualization Analyst for our Worker Survey team under SCA. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting quantitative and qualitative data analysis and deliver impactful BI reports through data visualization. Your role will play a critical part in providing actionable insights and driving informed decision-making for our clients on various aspects of social well-being. Proficiency in data visualization tools, collaboration with stakeholders, and passion for positive outcomes are essential.

Responsibilities

Your responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

Data Analysis and Visualization:

Utilize your expertise in data visualization to transform complex and unstructured datasets into clear and insightful visualizations. Apply advanced analytics techniques to extract meaningful information and identify trends, patterns, and opportunities.

Business Intelligence Reporting:

Develop and deliver high-quality business intelligence reports, presenting data-driven insights in a concise and compelling manner. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and provide them with actionable recommendations for strategic decision-making.

Data Integration and Management:

Work closely with other business functions to ensure data integrity and support the development of scalable solutions. Lead the transition to PowerBI as the primary reporting tool and facilitate the integration of data with EiQ, our all-in-one client data portal.

Qualifications

Candidates are required to have excellent analytical and BI development skills. Ideal candidates will have demonstrated experience of performing comprehensive data analyses independently and proactively. S/he must thrive in a fast-paced environment, have strong attention to detail and ability to leverage a combination of technical and communication skills.

Requirements for the role include:

• Bachelor's degree in a field that emphasizes analytical skills, such as business, marketing, statistics, or computer science.
• Extensive experience (5-7 years) in conducting quantitative and qualitative data analysis, with a focus on data visualization and business intelligence reporting.
• Strong proficiency in data visualization tools such as PowerBI and Tableau, along with advanced Excel skills. Knowledge of Python is a plus.
• Experience working with complex and unstructured datasets, leveraging SQL and data warehouses for data management and analysis.
• Detail-oriented with a keen ability to monitor, analyze, and present data effectively to both internal and external stakeholders.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to translate complex data results into actionable insights for diverse audiences.
• Passion for using data to drive positive outcomes, with an interest in human well-being, labor rights, and corporate social responsibility.
