Your Responsibilities:

• Commercial and technical project execution of local and international projects for direct customers, Key Accounts, and Channel Partners - primarily working on large and/or high impact projects (e.g. turnkey orders, new products/innovations)
• Full project lifecycle ownership from order intake, managing delivery, and installation to pre-commissioning activities, including commissioning till contractual handover to the end-user
• Project contract-, claim- and risk-management cost controlling and schedule together with Project Controls Team
• Establish, lead and coordinate a cross-functional and interdisciplinary project organization for large and/or high impact projects – internal functions (Engineering, Product Fulfillment, Finance, Logistics, Service, Construction-Site, Project Controls), EPC consortium partner, subcontractors, and vendors
• Deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations to various audiences, including customers, project team, sponsors, leadership team and other key stakeholders

Your Profile:

• Engineering (mechanical or electrical) and/or commercial Master´s degree
• Extensive experience in the relevant industry as well as project management experience in executing complex customer projects (20-50 Mio USD)
• Ability to act in an interdisciplinary environment connected with relevant diversity of experience, strong team player with a solid ability to motivate people
• Willingness to travel internationally and frequently
• Excellent business understanding, analytical skills, and commercial awareness
• Excellent negotiation skills in German/Italian and English (writing and speaking)

The base pay is composed of the amount according to the Austrian collective agreement which is at least EUR 3.878,41 gross per month (x 14) and an overpayment depending on your qualifications and experience.
