The Senior Counsel for Conflicts and Lobbying Compliance is responsible for Earthjustice’s lobbying compliance, including providing legal advice and training across the organization on issues of lobbying, lobbying registration and reporting for our (c)(3) and our (c)(4) partner organization, as well as compliance with the professional responsibility rules with particular emphasis on conflicts of interest applicable to legal professionals. The Senior Counsel will join Earthjustice’s General Counsel’s team, and reports to Earthjustice’s Deputy General Counsel.
Those who can work remotely with access to our San Francisco, CA Headquarters, or one of our other offices preferred. Remote from other locations in the U.S. will also be considered.

Salary is dependent on experience and location. Remote with access to our San Francisco, CA headquarters or one of our twelve other offices preferred. Remote from other locations in the U.S will also be considered.
