Commonwealth is seeking a senior level consultant for a temporary 4-6 month retainer contract to support developing and achieving key project and organizational objectives through strategic project leadership, planning, and execution.
We are actively seeking a diverse pool of applicants for this contract and an individual with a minimum of 8 years of senior level experience in the finance, financial wellbeing, workplace benefits, or similar sector who can quickly ramp up to support and guide high functioning project teams. You’re able to use your leadership experience to manage external relationships independently and develop rapport quickly. You have a track record of working independently and collaboratively to achieve goals and timelines, being flexible to address changing project needs, executing projects, and crafting persuasive verbal and written communications for different audiences.

This is a remote based 1099 contractor position. Location is flexible but must be able to work on US EST business hours Monday through Friday. The contract will last an estimated 4-6-months, depending on availability, commencing as soon as possible. The contractor will be paid a retainer of $10,000 to $12,000 per month depending on experience.
