We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Brand Designer to join our non-profit organization in India. Common Purpose a non-profit working with purpose to develop leaders who can cross cultural, institutional, and social boundaries, all so that people can work better together despite our differences.
The Senior Brand Designer will work within our creative team (which sits within our Brand, Communications & Impact team). You will play a pivotal role in enhancing and maintaining our brand's visual identity while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to solve a variety of design challenges.
We are looking for a confident communicator, comfortable presenting your ideas to internal clients and feeding thoughts back to the wider team. You should also have a strategic mindset and be able to translate business objectives into effective design solutions that support the overall brand strategy. Very importantly you will be our brand evangelist and custodian – equally comfortable telling the story of our brand (verbally or visually) or ensuring consistent brand representation across various channels and mediums.
Responsibilities
Creating bespoke design pieces, as well as new suites of templates working closely with the UX & Design Director, as well as our content producers and copywriters
Leading on operations within the creative process, assisting the UX & Design Director in managing project flows
Working with the wider team to brainstorm and craft creative solutions across brand/product/sales
Working closely with the programme teams, business units and other cross-functional teams to understand project requirements, provide design solutions, and ensure brand alignment
Act as the main point of contact for brand-related queries
Ensuring our visual identity guidelines are being followed internally and externally to maintain consistency across all touchpoints and mediums
Conducting brand induction sessions for new joiners and refreshers for existing staff
Managing our Brand Executive to produce exceptional materials - aiding business development, sales and delivery.
