About the Opportunity

This is a role not to be missed as it will see you working with a dynamic, supportive and collaborative manager where can help build the function. Ethos Urban is seeking an energetic and focused Senior Bid Coordinator or Bid Writer to join our team. This role will suit a positive and forward thinking individual looking to support not only the operations and delivery teams, but the broader national Ethos Urban business. Ideally located in the Sydney CBD with a state of the art brand new office (but flexible between our Sydney or Melbourne Offices), the ideal candidate will have experience working within a similar fast-paced professional services environment. The role will focus on positively supporting the efficient delivery of our business operations, improving efficiencies and continually looking for areas to improve on. You will have the chance to make the role your own and receive fantastic support, development and plenty of chances to upskill.

Key Responsibilities

  • Working with sales leads/project directors and broader team to deliver on our win strategy and ensure that approach is well developed, consistent and compelling.
  • Partnering with the Bid Lead and/or Business Directors to deliver high quality bids and submissions including EOI, RFP, RFT, Client Presentations, Capability Statements and RFQs
  • Support sales lead(s) on administrative business development / growth tasks such as opportunity tracking and CRM management
  • Participation in project groups and special projects both regionally and nationally as directed by the National Bid Manager
  • Management of Tender Portals
  • Assisting the National Bid Manager to ensure the bid management process is optimized, and presenting our best-in-class services and offering to market

Who We Are Looking For

This position would be suitable for an individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is adept at building strong professional working relationships with internal and external stakeholders. The Senior Bid Coordinator will have the skills to work diligently support to a multi-faceted national business. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following capabilities:

  • Ability to work in an agile environment multitask and prioritise workload to meet deadlines
  • Exampled experience in quality control, risk management & attention to detail
  • Strong commercial/business acumen
  • Experience using the MS Suite, SharePoint, Adobe Creative Cloud & other business collaboration tools
  • Experience in managing stakeholders and competing deadlines
  • Knowledge or experience in best practice bid writing methodologies
  • Advantageous but not essential: Tertiary Degree in Arts, Journalism, Marketing, Business, Design or associated qualification.
  • 1-2 years experience as a Bid Administrator/Coordinator
