Senior Assessor - Safety

Local Unit & Position Description

Job Description : We are looking for a Safety professional to perform advisory and assessment services of Safety transformation projects with large customers across IME.

Key Accountabilities :

• New service development based on customer expectations and project scope
• Client relationship management to build trust and confidence on project progress through regular communication and technical support.
• Result Oriented Leadership skills &  convincing ability on technical solutions to Top Management of corporate customers.
• Perform consulting and Assessment on “Safety Transformation Initiatives” as per customized protocol or safety frame work and standards of  corporate customers.
• Project Management Skill sets to handle large turn key  safety projects with analytics and evaluation of the summary of safety and Occupational Health risk.
• Review of periodic safety update reports , Communication and follow-up with project team and update the project status report to Business Head.
• Focuses on bottom-line results, identifies potential risks and monitors the financial impact of own initiatives.

Position Qualifications

• Engineering degree + Specialization course  in Safety field from reputed  institution area
• Wide work experience with safety projects with  Manufacturing / Process Industry.  (10 – 15 years of work experience )
• Strong exposure in Advisory and Consulting work in Safety project.
• Project management with Good communication skills preferred.
• Location : Delhi, Bangalore, Pune and Mumbai
