Project Manager - Seals

Ambri, an energy startup commercializing an innovative battery technology first developed at MIT, is seeking a Seals Project Manager.  This role will help organize tasks across multiple generations of high temperature seals.  Both projects with 2-3 year horizons and projects with immediate impacts.  This will involve interfacing with multiple teams and presenting on status updates.  This position will work on the Cell Development Team and report directly to the VP of Cell Development, while working alongside leading battery scientists and engineers.

Responsibilities**:**

• Track and report on company critical project timelines and milestones
• Identify bottlenecks before they occur to reduce risk
• Track, assign, and follow up on tasks and action items
• Report status updates in a formal setting to upper management and program mangers
• Work on multiple generations of the same product, both projects with multiyear horizons and immediate goals

Requirements**:**

• Project Manger with 2-5 years’ experience
• Technical background in engineering preferred
• Experience with Microsoft Project
• Experience with Jira and/or confluence preferred
• Independent worker with good interpersonal skills
