Purpose of the Role:
As a Seals Project Lead you will be a pivotal role within our engineering team. You will collaborate closely with the Seals technology lead, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure efficient project execution, adherence to schedules, and successful Seal delivery to the internal machine design team.

What Success looks like in this role:
You will develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring alignment with overall project goals.
You will monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
You will collaborate with the technology lead to allocate resources effectively across projects.
You will manage logistics related to project execution, including procurement, equipment, and facilities.
You will collaborate with engineers or subcontractors to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.
You will provide regular updates on project status, milestones, and any deviations from the plan.
