Act as the process owner for America’s sales, service and marketing processes.
Perform Salesforce enhancements through standard Salesforce configuration tools. This may include Salesforce dashboards, reports, forms, templates, process builder, field creation and changes, page layouts, workflows, approvals and validations, as necessary.
Recommend changes in product, process and service improvement in development and configuration; presents high-level benefits of recommendation and explains rationale for selection over alternative solutions.
Provides input on systems specifications that will be used to develop the appropriate solution within the Salesforce environment.
Collaborate and align with their regional process owner counterparts, e.g., U.S. and Emerging Markets, to align on a global business process where possible. Where a global process is not possible, strive to minimize regional differences.
Collaboration with process owners of other business units with the target to harmonize best practices and processes across Xylem. Review and documentation of new and existing business processes.
Work with the business leaders to define future, harmonized sales, service and marketing processes, considering industry best practices.
Document the processes along with timing/expectations, and individual or team responsibilities.
Define and document as-is business processes.
Work with business leaders to define and document future business processes.
Create process maps defining the future business process with regards to enhancement requests and projects.
Manage continuous improvement and feedback from internal and external metrics and stakeholders.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor’s degree in Management or related field.
Salesforce Certified Administrator
General knowledge and understanding of sales, service and marketing business processes.
3+ years Salesforce Experience as a Salesforce Administrator or Analyst or similar CRM experience.
Knowledge of Salesforce administration; security, standard objects, reports/dashboards, Chatter, data management and sandbox environments.
Excellent written and oral communication. Attention to detail and thoroughness in completing work tasks.
Excellent time management and organization skills, with ability to juggle multiple projects. Superior data analysis and problem-solving skills.
Best practice knowledge and awareness.
Ability to produce high quality process definitions and documentation. Excellent communicator & team player
SALARY**:**
The estimated salary range for this position is $120K - 125 plus bonus. Starting pay is dependent on multiple factors, such as skills, experience and work location, and is not typically at the top of the range.
