Sales Support Assistant

GrainPro Support and Production is currently recruiting for the position of Sales Support Assistant.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

·     Handle inquiries that are made through the website and social media. Ensure them that

they will be forwarded to respective Sales Personnel for further assistance.

·     Responsible for maintaining & updating the Sales Support Database

o   Online Inquiries Database, and provide an updated Summary every month.

o   Sales Support Shipment Monitoring

·     Assist in the administration of all sales-related requirements of his/her assigned division

and the Sales Support Team, such as:

o    Stocks Availability

o    Freight Inquiry

o    Issuance of Job Order

o    Assist in processing & organizing sample requests (ISRF).

o    Assist in processing purchase requests as per the Divisions requirements.

o    Assist in monitoring, tracking, and updating the Sales Support Shipment

Monitoring.

o    Other responsibilities that may be assigned as needed

·     Ensure that work performed conforms to the quality standard set by GrainPro Phils.,

Inc. and is aware of the implication of non-conformances.

·     Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability when assigned additional responsibilities and

projects

REQUIREMENTS:

Ÿ     Graduate of any four - year related course

Ÿ     Computer Literate

Ÿ     A background in sales and administration is an advantage

Ÿ     Proficient in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
