**In the role as Sales Operations Specialist (m/f/d), you are providing monthly build demand forecasts to the factory to ensure availability of the right production capacity at the right time. You allocate and reserve available production capacity to the sales team to ensure competitive delivery dates and steady factory load at the same time. Considering those two key responsibilities, the SOP Specialist is THE interface between the global sales regions, commercial leadership team and the factory in Jenbach.

Your Responsibilities:**
- Monthly build demand forecasting to the factory for new units and overhaul and repair business
- Allocation of available production capacity to the sales regions to ensure competitive delivery dates across the globe
- Weekly alignment with Master Planning from the factory to ensure continues demand in the factory across all product lines
- Risk management and providing information to support decision making of commercial leadership team and master planning
- Steady interaction with global sales regions & controlling department about market activities to ensure accurate forecasting and management recommendations
- Preparing standard and ad hoc analysis/reports for the Leadership Team, working on process improvement and driving data quality
Your Profile:
- Bachelor or master's Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain or similar
- Solid working experience within commercial functions, logistics or finance
- Understanding of commercial and financial processes and deal structures within industrial business
- Good communications and analytical skills
- Stress resistant, flexible and great team player
- Excellent MS-Office skills
- Excellent English and fluency German language skills
The base pay is composed of the amount according to the Austrian collective agreement which is at least EUR 3.542,60 gross per month (x 14) and an over payment depending on your qualifications and experience.
