Job overview at a Glance

As the Operations Manager for the Customer Division, you will be responsible for formulating, implementing and managing key operation strategies, with the objective of streamlining processes and reporting for Customer operations.  To do so, you will work closely with the Chief Customer Officer and other team members globally and thereby contribute significantly to the growth of ELEVATE.

Responsibilities

  • Review current departments’ organizational design for effectiveness
  • Monthly Forecasting
  • Improvement of client proposal quality
  • Sales reporting (Monthly forecasting, quarterly and monthly health checks, program trends, shared wallet) and process development
  • Project Management, costing and reporting
  • Oversee systems management & training for new employees (Salesforce, Wrike)
  • Support CCO on special initiatives

Qualifications

  • Degree holder in Business Administration or Finance/Organizational Design
  • Minimum 3-5 years working experience in handling Business Operations/Organization Design or Development, preferably in ESG space
  • Excellent writing and communication skills in English
  • Detail-oriented, flexible and adapt to fast-paced work environment
  • Pro-active, self-starter with ability to organize, prioritize and execute multiple projects across multiple stakeholders simultaneously, in a deadline-driven environment
  • Strong working knowledge of PowerPoint, Word and Excel
  • A passion for social responsibility and belief in making a difference
