Sales Operations Intern

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provides ad hoc analyses related (but not limited to) Waukesha Engine’s core channel/customer base.
• Creates dashboards, and other data visualizations using MS Power BI.
• Design internal Sales SharePoint site, for internal customer base.
• Design and assist in data clean up account process.
• Creates analysis of Install Base data focusing on customer geography of product.
• Creates work instructions as to how to maintain and update the Install Base database.
• Other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Proficiencies with using Power BI, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
• Working knowledge of Salesforce preferred.
• Possess a sense of urgency in completing projects quickly and accurately.
• Detailed oriented focusing on data accuracy and completeness.
• Ability to communicate (verbally, and in writing) cross functionally in a global environment.
• Creativity in analyzing data, with a willingness to learn business processes.
• Ability to present data clearly to various levels of the organization.
• Willingness to work independently in a remote team environment.
