ABOUT THE ROLE

As a member of the Sales Operations team you will be a key resource in supporting the sales infrastructure and processes to elevate our sales operations to a world-class level. This position is reporting to the Senior Manager, Sales Operations, the Sales Operations Analyst may be located in a remote home office in the USA and preferably in the EST and able to support international team members. Other time zones will be considered for highly qualified candidates willing to work a schedule aligned with EST and with a willingness to travel periodically for team meetings and training.

WHAT YOU’LL DOYou will support and empower top-line growth for all Sales related functions through the support of the tools, people and underlying data that drive our Sales Organization. In this role, you will support three key areas:

Tools**:**

• Lead Salesforce trainings for users of all experience levels
• Drive, maintain and manage all software utilized by the sales team including prospecting tools
• Optimize existing sales tools, identify needs for new tools and proactively implement process improvements for all sales tools

Reporting, Analysis and Data:

• Provide, maintain and evolve clear and insightful dashboards to stakeholders
• Strategic use of data and tools to inform sales trends and solutions recommendations
• Support weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting to the Sales organization
• Track and analyze data on a quarterly basis that help us define territory assignments, processes and workflows
• Support delivery of key recommendations to Sales Mgt. and during the quarterly and annual planning process
• Ensure all reports and dashboards are accurate and operationally functional for the sales team

Sales Team Support:

• Manage sales team support tickets using JIRA
• Cross-functional collaboration with product and delivery teams
• Work closely with Marketing teams to capture all lead data
• Ad-hoc projects as needed, both within and outside of Salesforce
• Maintain cross-departmental communication and collaboration between sales and other divisions of the company

ABOUT YOU

You are a driven self-starter excited to tackle meaningful work while thinking about the bigger picture of how sales teams can function more efficiently and effectively:

• Knowledge of Salesforce; Salesforce Admin Certified preferred. Salesforce Lightning experience preferred
• 3+ years of business intelligence, data analysis experience
• Strong data management skills and advanced knowledge of Excel
• Basic understanding of programming or querying languages (familiarity with tools like Tableau)
• Sales operations experience and ability to independently lead projects to completion
• Must be an organized self-starter who can take the lead and work independently
• Must be able to think and act both strategically and tactically
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal communication skills
• Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience

**HOW WE DEFINE SUCCESS

**Within 30 days

• You will have a firm understanding of 3Degrees sales structure/processes and an overall understanding of our products and services

Within 60 days

• You will have a firm understanding of cross-functional processes, key tools (Salesforce, Groove, Google Drive, etc.) and data flows

Within 120 days

• You will be proficient in the key support tasks of the role and begin to recommend and manage process and data improvement projects
