We launched a game-changing mobile app that offers self-paced, bite-sized modules to help teachers in their professional development journey. More than 50,000 teachers in Ghana, Kenya, and Nigeria have already enrolled in our professional development modules and joined a pan-African community of peers and experts who provide support and feedback along the way.
We are looking to hire a Sales Manager who will be at the forefront of both direct and indirect sales efforts, engaging teachers, school leaders, and school owners across Ghana.

What does the role entail?
The Sales Manager will be the driving force behind our robust sales strategy, focusing on boosting teacher enrollments in our micro-credentialing and accredited education programs. Your mission, should you choose to accept it, is to help us achieve our ambitious target of five hundred student enrollments by December 2025, with an exciting initial milestone of one hundred enrollments by the end January 2025. We are looking for a self-starter who is highly organized and ready to deliver on ambitious sales targets. Lead Generation & Sales Execution
- Hit the road daily, visiting and engaging with schools across Ghana
- Be a champion for Instill Education, presenting our offerings to forty-eight schools per month
- Engage with at least thirty teachers every day, with the exciting challenge of converting two teachers into enrollments daily
- Be a master in warm lead sourcing, collecting valuable information from teachers and school administrators
- Highlight our high-impact professional development modules, demonstrating the immediate benefits of our programs
Pipeline Management & Follow-Up
- Nurture leads like a pro, using WhatsApp, SMS, and email to turn warm leads into active enrollments
- Build lasting relationships with school owners and leaders, paving the way for repeat engagements and referrals
- Keep us in the loop with daily and weekly reports on your school engagements, lead generation, and conversion rates
Sales Strategy Execution
- Drive towards our ambitious enrollment targets with energy and determination
- Team up with our marketing wizards to align your sales activities with our ongoing campaigns
- Be adaptable and responsive, using real-time data and feedback to refine your sales pitch and boost conversion rates
Account Management
- Be the point of reference for our key stakeholders, ensuring their queries and concerns are addressed promptly and effectively
Reporting & KPI Monitoring

Track your daily engagements like a hawk, recording school visits, teacher interactions, and lead conversions in our CRM system

Provide insightful weekly performance reports to the Sales Manager, highlighting your key activities and sales funnel progress

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Daily teacher engagements: thirty
- Monthly school visits: forty-eight
- Lead conversion rate: 5% (aiming for two enrollments daily)
- Enrollment targets: 100 by end January 2025, 500 by end December 2025
- Retention rate contribution: 70%
- Consistent daily, weekly, and monthly activity reporting
Selection Criteria
Required;
- Proud Ghanaian citizen (with at least 10 years of continuous residency in Ghana)
- Valid driver's license (you will be hitting the road, after all!)
- Degree qualification
- A proven history in sales (3-5 years of experience in outgoing, B2C sales, preferably in education or training)
- Stellar public speaking skills (you will be captivating audiences daily)
- Results-oriented mindset with a knack for meeting or exceeding sales targets
- A people person with strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication skills in English and local languages
- Tech-savvy, with proficiency in CRM systems, Google Sheets, and communication tools
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Expert organizer with strong time management skills
- Relationship management guru, able to engage with both senior and peer-level colleagues
Preferred
- Experience in education sales (selling educational programs or products)
- In-depth understanding of the Ghanaian education system
- Multilingual skills (fluency in more than one local language)
