As New Unit Sales, Inventory, and Operations Planning (SIOP) Manager, you will be responsible for implementing and executing the Sales, Inventory, and Operations Process for the Waukesha New Equipment business unit. You will be responsible to create and communicate the demand plan, inventory entitlement, and pacing to plan. In this role, you will demonstrate executive presence, analytical thinking, clear communication, a passion for continuous improvement, and a strong ability to manage cross-functionally.

In this position, you will be responsible for
- Owning of all SIOP activities for the Waukesha Engines New Unit product portfolio
- Utilizing SIOP to align all functions on short and long-term growth strategies
- Collaborating with process partners across sales, product management, finance, and supply chain to balance financial performance targets, customer service metrics, and inventory levels
- Responsible for demand planning, master scheduling, and overall inventory management
- Establishing deep domain expertise and high-performance culture
- Working closely with Inventory Planning and Manufacturing to understand and mitigate potential inventory and/or capacity constraints to meeting business plan
- Leading scenario-based modeling to make difficult business decisions and calculated risks
- Summarizing complete sales, inventory, and operations plan into standardized, succinct management report. Ability to present complex details to various levels of the organization
- Measuring, controlling, and improving S&OP plan accuracy through clearly defined metrics. Drive best-in-class SIOP processes to help transform the organization
- Using functional and technical expertise to drive lean processes. Drive for systemic, automated solutions thru use of new tools, reports, or Oracle enhancements
- Providing key inputs into business planning process to set operating plans, resource need while being able to communicate plans at all levels of organization in easy-to-comprehend language
Your profile
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, or related field
- 5+ years Supply Chain experience, including 3+ years of direct experience in materials planning, forecasting, and/or Sales and Inventory Planning
- Legally authorized to work in the United States without Visa sponsorship
- Experience in leading Supply, Inventory, and Operations Planning process; evidence of solid career progression with increasing responsibility in Supply Chain
- Proven conflict resolution experience with the ability to handle stress, conflicting priorities, ambiguous information
- Extensive knowledge of ERP business systems (Oracle preferred) and experience helping to design and document processes, including implementing supporting IT tools
- Excellent planning, problem solving, analytical skills and advanced Excel skills
- Intermediate knowledge of Financial concepts and how decisions can impact key metrics
- Hands-on approach and autonomous in work
