Local Unit & Position Description
- Responsible for meeting his/her KPI-targets
- Ensure that the work is performed in accordance with the quality requirements of the Activity, the instructions of the Regional Manager and the procedures governing the Activity
- Coordinate client inquiries and ensure closure of requests for assistance
- Coordinate auditor requests for assistance and ensure closure of same
- Positively collect potential customer information, follow-up of sales leads, quotations and agreement
- Schedule and coordinate Business Development calls
- Develop local Business Development campaigns, as directed by the Manager of Business Development, Business Development Manager or Account Manager.
- Coordinate and execute Business Development and mass mail activities to support local Business Development campaigns
- Frequently review sales performance for self and submit sales report on time
- Input all relevant data into the Companion database
- Coordinate Business Development calls and trade shows/exhibitions within budgets
- Other duties assigned by appropriate management
Position Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in relevant field
- Minimum 2-3 years Sales Experience
- Responsible for managing and controlling the marketing and sales activities
- Target oriented, self motivated and Business minded approach
- Go getter attitude along with a positive mindset
- Good Communication skills and pursuasion skills
- Ability to complete tasks on time
- Ability to multi-task and manage relevant activities effectively
