Role Overview

The Sales Development Representative (SDR) will play a pivotal role in our sales process by identifying and generating new business opportunities. This role focuses on prospecting, engaging, and qualifying leads according to our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP). The ideal candidate is a motivated self-starter who thrives on generating new business and has a passion for technology, SaaS and making a difference. The trajectory for this role would be to grow into a regional account executive role based on strong performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation: Identify and generate new sales opportunities through outbound cold calling, email campaigns, social media outreach, and other lead generation strategies aligned with our ICP.
- Qualify Leads: Conduct initial outreach to potential clients, qualifying leads based on criteria such as company size, industry, decision-making process, and alignment with our SaaS offerings. Conduct discovery calls with qualifying leads to hand over to respective Sales Executive.
- Research & Analysis: Conduct research on potential prospects to understand their needs, pain points, and how our solutions can provide value.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all lead interactions and status in our CRM system.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the Growth team to hand off qualified leads, ensuring a smooth transition through the sales pipeline.
- Reporting: Regularly report on lead generation activities and results, providing insights and feedback to improve processes.

What We're Looking For
- Min. 6 months experience in sales, lead generation, or a related field, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills. Ability to build rapport quickly and maintain relationships.
- Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Copper) and sales engagement tools.
- Ability to conduct detailed research on prospects and industries.
- Driven by targets and results, with a strong desire to succeed in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Preferred skill set:
- Multilingual.
- Experience in the Healthcare industry will be a feather in your cap.
