Sales & Marketing Coordinator - Full-Time/Permanent

SkyFire Energy seeks a proactive Sales & Marketing Coordinator to execute marketing initiatives that drive lead generation, sales support, and customer engagement. This role bridges sales and marketing, ensuring promotional campaigns, events, and sales enablement tools effectively support the sales team. The ideal candidate is highly organized, customer-focused, and skilled in traditional and offline marketing strategies.

This role is hybrid and will require some off-hour work and occasional weekend work for tradeshows, events, etc.

Primary duties include:

Sales Enablement & Lead Generation:

• Develop sales materials, presentations, brochures, and proposals to support the sales team.
• Execute direct marketing campaigns to drive customer engagement and lead conversion.
• Assist leadership in tracking and analyzing lead conversions, customer interactions, and campaign performance.
• Support leadership and sales team with outreach initiatives, promotional tools, and follow-up strategies.
• Assist in refining value propositions to enhance customer communication

Traditional & Offline Marketing:

• Execute print, radio, and outdoor advertising campaigns to target local audiences.
• Manage the distribution of marketing materials for events, sales teams, and partnerships.
• Ensure brand consistency across all offline marketing channels.

Event Planning & Brand Partnerships

• Coordinate trade shows, networking events, and community outreach initiatives.
• Organize customer engagement events, educational webinars, and promotional activations.
• Support the Marketing Manager in securing sponsorships, speaking engagements, and PR opportunities.

Digital Marketing Support

• Assist in creating and delivering compelling content, including blog articles, social media posts, digital ads, graphics, videos, and case studies.
• Monitor sales and marketing campaign performance, tracking key metrics.
• Provide insights and recommendations based on campaign effectiveness and lead data.

Qualifications:

• Postsecondary education in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field.
• 2-3 years of working experience in sales support, marketing execution, and events.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Proficiency in CRM and marketing tools like HubSpot and Canva.
• Experience with traditional and direct marketing channels.
