Route Delivery Driver

Farm Fresh To You is a home and office delivery business that provides fresh, local, organic produce and whole farm products to consumers’ doorsteps. ABOUT THE POSITION:

We are looking for a Route Delivery Driver that can deliver products or render services. This position is in Vernon, CA.  This is a night shift, full-time, hourly position.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Delivers specialty foods to customer’s home or place of business.
• Uses GPS and maps to maximize efficient use of time.
• Follows customer instructions.
• Records deliveries on daily delivery record and reports any questions, issues, or delivery concerns.
• Regular and predictable attendance is required.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• While no professional driving experience is required, we encourage those with previous delivery driver experience such as a courier, food or package delivery driver to apply.
• Provide your own van (will be compensated $.66 per mile)
• Current California Driver’s License (Class C) and proof of insurance or insurability.
• Clean DMV record (1 point or less in the last 3 years).
• Available to work a full-time graveyard schedule. This position is a 4-day, 10-hour shift (typically Mon-Thurs, 6pm-4am) plus possible overtime.
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
