Background and context Tiko (previously known as Triggerise) believes in a world where all youth have the power to choose where, when, and how they meet their sexual reproductive health needs. Our digital platform delivers scalable and verifiable sexual reproductive health services for young people in 6 main markets in Sub-Saharan Africa - Kenya, Ethiopia, Uganda, South Africa, Zambia and Burkina Faso. We work together with local communities and use nudges like reminders, discounts, and reward points to encourage our users to access and use sexual and reproductive health services. We also support our users in becoming micro-entrepreneurs and adding value to their economies.
Tiko is seeking an individual consultant to support risk analysis for our operations. This role requires a commitment of 5 working days per week over a three-month period. The consultant will be responsible for completing the following tasks:
Scope of Work
Familiarise with Tiko way of operating and the current objectives including arrangements in place to achieve program objectives.
Familiarize yourself with our platform’s risk analysis processes, including data modeling techniques and visualization, to provide insights, identify trends, and detect potential fraud. Use this information to recommend actions that support operational departments in successfully detecting, preventing, and reducing fraud.
You will also take on coordinating management tasks for the Risk Analyst team conducting the following;
