_Residential Project Manager (Calgary) - Permanent, Full Time

SkyFire Energy is looking for a Residential Project Manager (Permanent full-time) to become part of our solar electric team in Calgary, AB.  This individual will be self-motivated, energetic, personable, and excited to work as part of a fast-growing company in the solar industry.

Primary Duties include:

• Planning and implementation of residential solar project installations working with both individual clients and residential building companies
• Schedule, direct, and support field teams to project completion
• Organize equipment and products required for project installation
• Create, schedule, and project timelines for clients and home builders
• Implement and manage change when necessary to meet project outputs
• Project budget management
• Obtain electrical, building, and development permits as required
• Email and phone correspondence with customers, suppliers, field crew, office staff, and home builders
• Ensure quality assurance upon project completion
• Ensure that the customer receives an unparalleled customer journey

Education and Experience requirements

• Knowledge of the construction and/or solar industry
• 2+ years of experience in project or construction management
• Experience in strategic planning or change management
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
• Excellent written and oral communications skills
