About NEF:

The Near East Foundation (NEF) works with community-based organizations (CBOs) to strengthen the livelihoods of community members through asset building, income generation, skills training, and business creation.

As part of the Anbar Business & Workforce Advancement for Improved Living Conditions (ABWA) project, NEF has located business activation services within Vocational Training & Youth Centers, adapting NEF’s proven Siraj model of community-based business hubs in three cities (Al Ramadi, Heet and Fallujah). Siraj Centers are structured as a network of centers that are operated by independent CBO partners.

SERVICES DESCRIPTION:

NEF is looking for experienced and dynamic Marketing & Market Access Experts to join our team and deliver insightful sessions on market access strategies to micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) business owners. Ideal candidates will have a strong background in market access, a proven track record of successful implementations, and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:

1. Conduct In-Depth Market Access Sessions: Deliver comprehensive presentations and workshops on market access strategies tailored to the needs of MSMEs.
2. Knowledge of Market Trends: be knowledgeable of industry trends, regulatory changes, and market dynamics affecting MSMEs.
3. Provide customized solutions: Work closely with MSME to understand their specific challenges and customize market access solutions accordingly.
4. Provide Consultation: Offer one-on-one consultation sessions to address specific queries and concerns from MSME business owners.
5. Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate with other NEF teams to align market access strategies with overall business goals.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of [10] years of experience in marketing & market access or a related field.
• Proven success in implementing market access strategies for MSMEs.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Bachelor’s/master’s degree in [Business Management or what equivalent].
