What You’ll Be Doing
- Perform analytics to identify production-increasing improvements to customers' farms, monitor asset health, and manage technical and financial risks
- Work with Renewable Analytics leadership to drive and manage customer analytics objectives, tasks, and new methods & innovations projects
- Develop, test, and provide feedback on analytics workflows, tools, prototypes, and processes
- Partner with Customer Success Managers and Business Development in driving optimization realization, operator and OEM discussions, and Clir growth opportunities
- Provide technical leadership, cultivating cross-functional knowledge sharing
What You’ll Need
- Strong analytical background, with experience in renewable energy performance analysis or asset optimization
- Familiarity with wind energy systems, including operational data, turbine performance metrics, and asset health monitoring
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages, such as Python, R, or SQL
- Effective collaboration skills, working with cross-functional teams and communicating complex findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders
- A degree in engineering, renewable energy, data science, or a related field—or equivalent professional experience
Bonus Points For
- Experience developing or testing analytics workflows, tools, or prototypes
- Knowledge of wind turbine technology and operational standards
- Familiarity with financial risk assessment in renewable energy projects
- Prior experience partnering with Customer Success or Business Development teams
- Advanced statistical or machine learning expertise relevant to renewable energy analytics
