About the role

The purpose of this role is to work with partner organizations and customers to ensure the efficient translation and local adaptation of the ChildFund Swipe Safe training packages and application. You will support the end-to-end partner and customer experience including onboarding, the Application set up, trouble shooting and resolving systems issues. You will liaise with partners and customers, report to the Regional Online Safety Coordinator (Indonesia) and interact with members of the International Programs Team as required. (Sydney Office).

Key duties of the role

  • Onboarding new partners in the ChildFund Swipe Safe program.
  • Work with partner organizations, INGOs and CBOs to (I) translate the content in the Swipe Safe Application (II) adapt to the local context and III) edit materials based on content updates.
  • Provide online demonstrations of the Swipe Safe Application and explain the Application design and its content to prospective partners/customers.
  • Supporting partners and customers in administering the set-up of the Swipe Safe Application including troubleshooting user accounts, log in challenges, and other related activities.
  • Liaise with the App developer to resolve application and systems issues for partners/clients as required.
  • Quality test and trouble shoot the application as required.
  • Manage the Swipe Safe app data collection and generation of regular data reports for partners using google analytics.
  • Responding to stakeholder enquiries for the Swipe Safe Program.
  • Provide support to the Regional Online Safety Coordinator, Swipe Safe Business Development Executive and coordinate with programs staff as required.
  • Takes initiative and can work independently and as part of a Team.
  • Remain alert and responsive to any child safeguarding or sexual exploitation, abuse, or harassment (SEAH) risks, acquire relevant knowledge and skills to promote strong safeguarding practices, understand the child safeguarding and PSEAH policy and procedures, and conduct yourself consistent with those policies.

Qualifications & Experience

  • University qualification in relevant field (e.g. social sciences child protection, social work, community development, project management, communications, marketing or equivalent.
  • At least two (2) years of experience of working with customer service, client management or stakeholder engagement.
  • Knowledge of child protection or child safeguarding preferred.
  • Strong digital literacy skills.
  • Experience working in a child rights focused or international development agency.

Desirable Qualifications & Experience

  • Experience with online learning tools or learning apps.
  • Demonstrated understanding of gender equality, disability, and social inclusion.
  • Must be based in and have working rights in Indonesia, Cambodia, Vietnam, or Timor Leste.
  • Strong IT skills, including Google Analytics, InDesign, Advanced Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Teams.

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, including the ability to adapt communication style based on audience.
  • Strong planning and coordinating skills.
  • Ability to manage and prioritise competing deadlines.
  • Excellent English skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.

Employment: Full Time, 1 year fixed term contract

Reports to: Regional Online Safety Coordinator (based in Indonesia)

Other Information: Must have full working rights in Indonesia.
